  1. Classify the request

Does Shipflow replace our WMS?

No. The WMS remains the system of record and the warehouse team remains responsible for physical and inventory execution. Shipflow connects defined communication, document and data-entry work around those systems.

Can Shipflow automate receiving and shipping?

Shipflow can automate administrative steps supporting inbound and outbound operations, such as instruction intake, required-field checks, appointment follow-up, permitted system entry and status communication. It does not receive, pick, pack, load or ship goods.

What warehouse documents can Shipflow process?

A configured workflow can include packing lists, inbound shipment packets, delivery orders, labels, manifests, receiving instructions, outbound documents, PODs and other agreed files. Exact fields, checks and destinations are defined for the deployment.

Can Shipflow prepare ASN information?

Yes. It can extract and organize advance shipping notice information and prepare or enter approved fields when the integration and permissions allow. An ASN does not confirm physical receipt or inventory quantity.

Can Shipflow schedule warehouse appointments?

It can coordinate requests, confirmations and rescheduling using availability supplied by your team or an approved scheduling source. Dock assignment, capacity planning, yard planning and labor planning remain outside this workflow.

Can an AI Operator answer warehouse status questions?

It can answer approved questions using milestones available from connected systems or authorized team inputs. When the source is missing, stale or contradictory, the operator escalates instead of inventing a status.

Can Shipflow handle warehouse OS&D exceptions?

Shipflow can surface reported overage, shortage or damage, gather available documents and communications, complete permitted notifications or record updates and route the evidence. It does not physically detect damage, recount freight, establish liability or adjudicate claims.
