About Shipflow

Building the execution layer
for enterprise logistics.

Shipflow deploys AI Operators for logistics companies—executing and monitoring logistics operations and customer workflows across Ocean, Air and Road.

Work with Shipflow

Built for logistics companies

For freight forwarders, 3PLs, carriers, warehouse operators, parcel and postal operators, transportation networks and integrated logistics providers.

Designed to do the work

AI Operators execute repeatable workflows across systems, documents and communication channels.

Human control built in

Teams retain visibility, approval authority and ownership of the decisions that require judgment.

Why Shipflow exists

Logistics teams deserve software that carries the operational load.

Global logistics still depends on people moving information between inboxes, documents, portals and core systems. Shipflow turns that repetitive coordination into controlled execution, giving teams more capacity without asking them to replace the operating knowledge or systems they already trust.

From Flexport to Shipflow

At Flexport, Frank led AI and workflow automation. His team developed and deployed AI systems that automated manual operational work across millions of Flexport shipments. Working inside global logistics gave him firsthand understanding of complex workflows, legacy systems and the controls required to run AI reliably in production.

One of those Flexport initiatives—recognized as the most popular project at an internal hackathon—became an early seed for Shipflow. Combined with his experience building and delivering AI solutions at Meta and Microsoft, it shaped Shipflow’s mission: deploy AI Operators that execute real work across existing systems, follow each company’s SOPs and bring people in whenever judgment is required.

How we build

Principles for useful enterprise AI.

01

Execution over assistance

Shipflow is designed to complete defined operational workflows—not simply generate suggestions for someone else to execute.

02

Domain context matters

Operators are built around the systems, documents, milestones, parties and exceptions that shape global logistics.

03

Control is part of the product

Approvals, auditability and human escalation are designed into every workflow from the beginning.

Who we serve

One operating layer across the logistics ecosystem.
